Smoked Turkey & Asiago Sandwich with a Tropical Relish
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup mango, minced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple, minced
  • 1 large kiwi, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
  • 12 whole grain rolls (split)
  • 12 oz. smoked turkey, sliced
  • 1 1/2 oz. baby arugula (2 cups)
  • 6 oz. Il Villaggio® Asiago d'Allevo cheese, thinly sliced
  1. In a small bowl, combine chutney, mango, pineapple, kiwi, red onion, red pepper, mustard, vinegar and celery seed. Set aside.
  2. Top bottom half of roll with turkey, arugula, then cheese. Evenly divide and spread the relish on top of cheese. Top with half of roll. Serve.
